WUPS 98.5 GENERAL CONTEST RULES |
- You can
win only once every 30 days.
- Prizes
must be picked up at the WUPS Studios - 125 W. Houghton Lake - Prudenville,
MI within 30 days of winning during normal business hours (9a-5p)
- ID is
required to claim a prize
- If you’re
under 16, parents or guardians may have to claim the prize.
- Some
contests do have age limits.
- Prizes
valued over $500 will require completion of a 1099 form. Taxes are your
responsibility.
- Prizes
cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- ColTrace
Communications employee’s and contest sponsors are ineligible to claim or
win prizes.
- All prizes
with expiration dates cannot be extended.
- Specific
contests may have more rules.
