WUPS 98.5 GENERAL CONTEST RULES • You can win only once every 30 days. • Prizes must be picked up at the WUPS Studios - 125 W. Houghton Lake - Prudenville, MI within 30 days of winning during normal business hours (9a-5p). • ID is required to claim a prize. • If you’re under 16, parents or guardians may have to claim the prize. • Some contests do have age limits. • Prizes valued over $500 will require completion of a 1099 form. Taxes are your responsibility. • Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. • ColTrace Communications employees and contest sponsors are ineligible to claim or win prizes. • All prizes with expiration dates cannot be extended. • Specific contests may have more rules.
